Hello and welcome back! We are going to explore yet another way to use @stampsoflife Floral Background Die. If you remember, last time we discussed a way to use solely the positive from the die. Today we are going to use well ... all of it!
I started with an A2 Cherry color cardbase and decided what color flowers I wanted. I kept the background panel simple with White Powder Sugar and proceeded to die cut Lemonade, Blue Jay and Grape CS using the Floral Background Die. Whatever I do not use, goes into a small container that I store extra pieces. This is my go to stash for flowers, sentiments, critters and banners. This time I adhere the negative down to my cardbase and decorate the front panel with the excess of blossoms that I have. They are placed on foam dots to give a bit of interest and dimension. The card is simply embellished to keep the focus on the die.
The inside of the card is finished with a sentiment from sayings4lighthouse and I also use some of the extra flowers on the inside to create interest and flow.
Super easy card. I tell you this is a wonderful die to have your stash. So many uses and one can always layer!
Thanks for joining me today! Happy crafting!
